The market regulator\u2019s observations are required for any firm to float public issues like initial public offer (IPO) and follow-on public offer (FPO).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This IPO comprises an offer for sale up to 43,83,320 equity shares and a fresh issue of shares worth up to INR 400 crore by the promoters.
