The proceeds will be utilized to purchase equipment, repayment in part or full of certain borrowings, general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ICICI Securities and Edelweiss are the main managers to lead this issue and the registrar is Karvy Computershare Private Limited.
