Promotors Janak Shah, Maya Shah &amp; Jaco balls (private equity fund) will sell their shares.<\/p>\n<p>The proceeds of the public issue will be utilized for repayment of borrowings and general corporate purposes. The lead managers will ICICI Securities &amp; Centrum Capital to handle this initial public offer.
