This company is looking to raise INR 1,000 crore through IPO that comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth INR 500 cr. &amp; remaining amount will be set for an offer for sale from current promoters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emami officials declined to speaks anything about the timeline and valuation of the issue.
