Lodha Developers has already revived its upcoming plans to raise approx. INR 5500 crore through Initial Public Offerings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This company had filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in Sept 2009 to raise INR 2800 crore and it received market regulator Sebi\u2019s node in Jan 2010. Due to bad market conditions and global financial crisis, it shelved its plan to IPO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abhishek Lodha \u2013 MD of Lodha Developers said in July 2017 \u201cWe are aiming for listing in the calendar year 2018 and shall approach Sebi in the next 6-9 months,\u201d but refused to share the fund size a company wanted to raise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company is planning to raise INR 5,500 Cr. through IPO, according to sources. Privately-held Lodha Group is developing nearly 40 millions square feet area &amp; 31 ongoing giant projects in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, London, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune.
