The public sector undertaking had submitted draft papers with the Sebi in April month seeking its clearance to float an IPO.<\/p>\n<p>It obtained its \u201cobservations\u201d on 10th August according to recent update with the markets watchdog. The market regulator Sebi\u2019s \u201cobservations\u201d are mandatory for any firm to float an IPO, FPO (follow-on public offer) and right issue.<\/p>\n<p>The Initial offer is a part of the government\u2019s target to garner INR 80,000 Cr. through the stake sales.
