The Lemon Tree Hotels is going to make a debut on bourses on 9th April 2018 after successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) subscription. The final issue price is approx. INR 56 per share as the merchant bankers have fixed after consultation with a company.<\/p>\n

During Mach 26 – 28, the IPO issue was successfully subscribed 1.19 times and INR 1,038.68 Initial Public Offering has already received beds for 15.59 Cr. shares.<\/p>\n

The segment served for QIBs was subscribed whopping 3.89 times while retail and non-institutional investors subscribed 12% each. The price band for this issue was INR 54 – 56 per share.
