Adani Ports Q4 Profit Rises more than 40% at INR 1,314 Crore

India’s biggest and largest port developer & logistics subsidiary of Adani Group, Monday reported around 41% surge in its fourth-quarter net profit to INR 1,314.19 crore ended on March 31, 2019. APSEZ (Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Limited) has clocked net profit of INR 929.06 cr. for the 4th quarter of the last year.

Total income of this company grew to INR 3,492.72 crore during the last quarter against INR 3,487.29 Cr. a year ago.

 Karan Adani, CEO & whole time director of APSEZ said, “The fiscal Year 2019 has been a benchmark year in the history of this company”. He also said the company has signed a 50-year BOT (Build, Operate & Transfer) agreement for keeping terminal functioning at Yangon.
