Dodla Dairy Submits Draft Papers with Sebi to Raise IPO worth INR 150 Crore

Dodla Dairy is an integrated dairy firm based in South India has submitted the Draft Red Herring Papers (DRHP) with the market regulator the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to float an IPO worth around 150 crores.

This IPO comprises an offer for sale of around 95,43,770 equity shares, among them around 78,220,589 shares by TPG Dodla Dairy Holding Pte Ltd & around 17,23181 shares by Dodla Deepa Reddy. The proceeds will be utilized to purchase equipment, repayment in part or full of certain borrowings, general corporate purposes.

ICICI Securities and Edelweiss are the main managers to lead this issue and the registrar is Karvy Computershare Private Limited. This shares will be listed on BSE and NSE. Stay updated!
