IREDA and Bharat Dynamics Gets Sebi’s Approval for IPO in February 2018

This is really good news for the Investors. Two state-run companies Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) and Bharat Dynamics both have received Sebi’s approval for floating IPO (Initial Public Offerings). Bharat Dynamics got go-ahead on February 15 and IREDA got go-ahead February 16.

Bharat Dynamics:

It was established in 1970 & is a known manufacturer of guided missiles & allied defense equipment. Its net worth stood at INR 2212.46 Crore at the March 2017. IDBI Capital Markets & Securities, SBI Capital Markets & Yes Securities will manage this company’s public issues.

IREDA:

This company’s IPO will see a good sale of 13.90 equity shares of a company. The listing of the IREDA is highly expected to increase the paid-up share capital of this company from INR 784 Cr. to INR 923 Cr. Currently, IREDA has 78.46 Cr. equity shares. Elara Capital (India), Yes Securities (India), SBI Capital Markets, IDBI Capital Markets and Securities will manage the company’s public issue.
