Prince Pipes & Fitting is launched with a price band: INR 177-178 per share. This INR 500 crore IPO (Initial Public Offering) comprises an offer for sale of INR 250 crore and a fresh issue of INR 250 crore.

The IPO opened on 18th December 2019 and close on 20th December. The company has decided a minimum bid of 84 equity shares & multiple of it thereafter after consultation with the board members & merchant bankers.

JM Financial and Edelweiss Financial Services are the book running lead managers. Equity shares will be listed on NSE and BSE Limited.
