RITES Increases 5% on getting additional contract of INR 436 Crore from Indian Railways

The shares of RITES increased 5.6% intraday Wednesday as a company achieved an additional contract of INR 436 Cr. While it has touched an intraday low of INR 252.90 and an intraday high of INR 261.40.

RITES has been executing a giant project of Indian Railways for building a wagon workshop at Dalmianagar – a contract cost was around INR 89 crore.  The additional contract worth INR 436 crore has been delivered to the company to enhance the project to a new level. The project is already scheduled to be initiated in the 4th quarter of the financial year.

The share of RITES touched its 52-week high INR 326.55 & 52-week low INR 15 on August 17 and June 30, 2018, respectively. At 04:00 PM, September 19, 2018 the share price was quoting INR 253.15 up INR 5.20 or 2.10%
