Sterling & Wilson Submits IPO Paper for INR 4,500 Crore

Sterling and Wilson is a solar engineering, construction and procurement firm has finally submitted the draft papers with the market regulator Sebi (Security and Exchange Board of India) to raise fund around INR 4,500 Crore through the public offer.

As per the Draft Red Herring Prospectus, this public offer will be an offer for sale by Khurshed Yazdi Daruval & Shapoorji Pallonji. The book running lead managers and global coordinators of the IPO are ICICI Securities, Credit Suisse Securities (India), Axis Capital, IIFL Holdings, Deutsche Equities India and SBI Capital Markets.

The shares of this company will be listed on NSE and BSE.
